Refund Policy

This policy applies to all Undeniability programmes and services.

Participation in workshops, retreats and coaching programmes can be cancelled prior to the start date. Refunds may be issued minus any costs already incurred on behalf of the participant, such as accommodation, transport, catering or other third-party services.

Once a programme has started, refunds are not provided.

For online programmes, refunds may be requested prior to active participation or content access, as specified at the time of purchase.

Specific cancellation terms for in-person events and retreats are communicated clearly before booking.

Delivery of Services

Access to online programmes and digital materials is provided immediately after payment or on a clearly communicated programme start date.

Live workshops, retreats and coaching programmes take place on scheduled dates as stated at the time of purchase.
