It makes it possible for us to be personal in our interactions and experiences yet not take things personally.
We become more honest with ourselves, not denying who and what we are truly being. Authenticity comes into expression, kindness comes into play, and real influence comes to life. It is where we connect to ourselves, relate openly to others, and operate in the world with the power of vulnerability, honesty, and presence... rather than some lukewarm ideas of what we should appear as. Quite refreshing!
